Terms of Use Covid-19 Shipping Policy Due to COVID-19, some carriers have temporarily changed their shipping services and policies. Shipping delays should be expected due to canceled flights, governmental decisions, and staff reductions. Return Policy All sales are final. We do not issue refunds or allow exchanges to be made. Purchase for Personal Use Only You may purchase products only for personal use and not for resale. By placing your order, you certify that you are purchasing products for personal use only and not for resale. We reserve the right to refuse orders for any reason without explanation. Shipping We do not ship to P.O. Boxes. Please allow 3-5 business days for order processing and verification, and an additional 7-10 business days for delivery. All of our parcels ship with Canada Post. Shipping is 10.00 of any 50.00 purchases, and 20.00 of any 100.00 purchases, 30.00 of any 150.00 purchases, and 40.00 of 200.00 + purchases. extra charges on international orders. We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged shipments. Customers are responsible for paying additional shipping and handling fees to have the order re-shipped. All domestic shipments are insured and the buyer assumes all responsibilities of claims made with the shipping carrier. Shopify "High-Risk" Orders If you order is flagged by Shopify as "High-Risk" Order, for your protection, we will need some additional information before we can ship your order. To protect our customers from unauthorized purchases, we need to verify the card holder is aware of the recent activity. Why? We generally require a confirmation from the buyer if -The billing and shipping address for the order are different. -There's recently been several orders or several attempted orders to the delivery address. -The purchase value greatly exceeds the average order amount. -Our system was unable to automatically confirm the billing address and shipping address match. What We Need 1. Picture of Card Holders ID. The ID must be government issued, such as a driver's license or passport. The name and address on the ID must match the name and billing address of the card used for the purchase. 2. Picture or copy of a Utility Bill (such as a phone bill, water bill, etc): the name and address on the utility bill must match the name and billing address on the ID. 3. Picture or copy of the credit card(s) used for purchase. 4. For your privacy, please remove or cover any additional information on the bill. We only need to see the address and name on the photo ID and utility bill. Next Steps Please email us the requested information, or if you have any questions or concerns you may contact us Monday - Friday 1-5pm PST at 604-873-2293 or reply back to this email if the phone line is busy. After we receive the requested information your order will began to process with normal processing time. Unfortunately, we cannot continue to process this order if we do not receive verification. If we do not receive a response within 24 to 48 hours it is likely that the order will be canceled and refunded. If you don't feel comfortable sending this information you can cancel this order by responding to this email or giving us a call at the number above.
